BVBC TRYOUTS

TRYOUT PROCESS 

Pre-Registration 

Athletes pre-register on our website to allow us to provide adequate staffing for tryouts and to make registration faster on site.

 On Site Registration 

Athletes who did not pre-register must fill out paperwork and pay tryout fee on site. Everyone should arrive 30 minutes early to check in and receive tryout number.

 Evaluation 

Athletes will be guided the tryout and evaluated thoroughly by Beaumont coaches. We always have adequate staff to run the drills as well as coaches responsible for evaluating. There will be a short parent  informational meeting held during tryouts.

 Team Formation 

Coaches and Club Directors meet after tryouts to select teams.

 Communication 

Players and parents will be contacted by phone with their placement within by Thursday October 6th after ALL tryouts are complete. Athletes/families have 48 hours to respond to the offer with an Acceptance or Denial. We have all tentative details available before our tryout to allow for the decision making process to be efficient.

 Commitment 

Parents and players should attend Club Commitment & Information Night at their designated time to try on uniforms and warmups and submit the following :

• Deposit Fee & Uniform Package (based on your team club costs & player status)
• SCVA Letter of Commitment
• USAV Player Medical Release Form
• Payment Contract and Uniform Sizing Form
• Handbook Parent/Player Signature Page

Additionally, parents need to create an account with SportsEngine and obtain a membership for their player with USA Volleyball.
